What is the process?
 

Initial Consultation:

First, we sit down with you in person to discuss and plan your virtual tour production. It’s always helpful to have an idea of what areas in your setting you would like to feature in your tour. During the consultation process, we will establish a schedule of events from the date and time of the shoot all the way to delivery of the final product. Upon acceptance for the use of our services the general Terms and Conditions agreement must be signed before any work can commence.
 

Photography:

A VT (Virtual Tour) photographer will come to your location for at the prescribed time for the photo session in which the images that will make up each of the panoramas will be staged and captured. This can take a few hours or as long as a day depending on how many *spins you would like to include.
 

Image Stitching:

All images are then digitized and stitched together and then the files are converted to cubical images for Flash delivery. Each image is reviewed and inspected for imperfections and enhancements made using the latest imaging software.
 

Interface Design:

After the panoramas are created, the virtual tour interface is built which is most generally built to mirror your current website design. You will need to provide descriptive text for each location, or a copywriter can be contracted to write the text. The audio, video, animation, maps or other marketing components are then added to the virtual tour design if required
 

Delivery:

All VT’s are uploaded to our servers and the client will be provided a link to add to their web home page. Annual renewal fee applies. See Terms and Conditions for details.
When a client wishes to upload the VT and host it on their servers that is called, “Sole Owner Client.” To be a “Sole Owner Client” refer to the Terms and Conditions for details.  If you are a “Sole Owner Client” we will deliver all the necessary files to your webmaster for inclusion.
